This is the fifth time we have run this contest. We are looking for different designs from those already on the site. Designs which are too similar will not be posted. Please also review the minimum painting standards on http://www.snazaroo.us/faqphotos.htm
When you submit photos for any contest they will remain posted. Any changes in text or removal of photo at a later date requires a $5 administration fee.
Other rules.... read this carefully!
1) You may not enter any photo that you have entered before
2) You may not use acrylics or any non-FDA approved face paint in any form. You are otherwise
allowed to use any FDA compliant face paint.
3) If your photo is very fuzzy or out of focus it will not be entered. There is no excuse
here because we are willing to scan the photo(s) for you.
4) Do not take your photo from 20 feet away. Get as close to your art work as possible. We
want to see the art not your entire living room.

If you are outside the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands you are responsible to pay for shipping from SNAZAROO to your location. Any questions on the contest should be sent to snazaroo@mindspring.com or photos@snazaroo.com To enter a photo, go to http://www.snazaroo.us/upload.php
Your submitted photo can be on any part of the body (as long as it is PG-13 rated).
We will break this contest into pages of 50 photos. During the judging we will first vote by page. You will get five votes. The top five photos with the most votes will go on to the final round of voting. You may have more than one photo per page go onto the finals. In the final contest, we switch to the normal weighted vote and only one prize per person.
This contest will end at the end of November 2004 (am central standard time, USA)
