Shipping costs are determined by the amount of your purchase. You have the choice of getting your goods by UPS ground, UPS blue (generally delivered in two business days) and UPS Red, overnight delivery.
NOTE: If your order is received by noon (Central Standard Time), and it is a normal business day, your order will go out that day IF YOU CHOOSE UPS BLUE OR UPS RED. All other orders generally will ship on the next business day. AT PEAK TIMES THIS CAN BE DELAYED ONE OR MORE DAYS. If you are in a rush for your goods please call 972-221-8665 during normal work times to see when the goods will go out and the estimated number of days it takes to get to you. If you have a need for delivery by a certain date, PLEASE CALL IN YOUR ORDER AND DISCUSS IT WITH OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Needs such as Saturday delivery, or other unique situations must be discussed with the SNAZAROO sales person. WE NEVER SHIP for Saturday delivery unless specifically requested because there is a cost premium for this action. During peak times, of if you live in remote locations, or if you are outside the continental United States extra delivery costs are included. For Alaska and Hawaii we can only ship UPS Blue or UPS Red since UPS does not allow ground shipping to these states.
NOTE: Be sure you enter your FULL ADDRESS correctly. Make sure the "deliver to" address is correct. For example include Street, Drive, Blvd. apartment number, suite or whatever so the delivery person can find you accurately. If UPS has to come back to us for correction due to poor input on your behalf, they charge us a $10.00 charge for a correction fee. This would be billed automatically to us because of your error. If they charege us because you entered partial or incorrect information then WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD that $8 UPS fee.

These rates DO NOT APPLY for goods being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States. For these areas we will calculate shipping and e-mail you the costs for approval. Once approved, we will ship your order.
NOTE: During peak times if we are out of your particular color of paint or glitter gel (as an example) we will by default substitute a similar color (for example light grey for dark grey). IF YOU WISH TO NOT HAVE ANY SUBSTITUTIONS please state this in the comment section when placing your order. We try our best to keep all items in stock but during peak periods sometimes we might run out of one of our 60+ colors. We reconize that most of the ordered items are time sensitive in order to meet a particular face painting event. ALMOST ALWAYS people PREFER a close substitution rather than not having product for their event.
