Face Painting Stamps and Stencils
New for 2011! We are launching a new line of EVA foam stamps engineered for use with SNAZAROO face paints. The stamps are approximately 1.5" at the widest point and perfect for the cheek of the average child. The EVA stamp is one inch thick which allows for easy handling by even a beginner face painter. Apply the face paints to the stamp and apply it directly to the child's face. After use, wash the stamps and use over and over. You can add a drop of water to the face paint sponge and mix on the cake or load your large flat brush and apply the paint to the stamp. Then lightly touch the child's face with the stamp. Do not press too hard or you can mess up the design. If you find you have too much paint on the stamp, touch it to a paper towel just prior to touching the face to lighten the load of the paint. With the right amount of water to paint ratio you will get a perfect design.

The face painting stamps and stencils can be shipped internationally. As an
example mailing 20 stamps to the United Kingdom the cost is only about $15US
when sent in an international global envelope.

CUSTOM STAMPS MADE TO YOUR LINE DRAWING
ARE NOW AVAILABLE. These would be individually made to meet your special
requirements. You would have to make sure it is not a copyrighted image or
secure, in writing, the rights to make such a stamp. This applies to everything
from a university logo to a Disney character (as an example). We are very strict
about protecting copyrights. We require you to sign a legal release
stating you have secured the rights to the image AND you assume all liability
when we make the stamp on your behalf. Custom EVA stamps can be made with a $30
set up charge. There is then a $10 per stamp charge for the stamps. If you want more than ten of the same
stamp then the price will drop. Specific questions regarding custom
stamps should go to

or e-mail us the exact image you would like to be duplicated. It can take one to
three weeks to get a custom stamp made. If we have to create your artwork
or your artwork is very complex there can be extra charges.

New for 2008, SNAZAROO USA Inc. sells a growing line of face painting stencils. These double-ply vinyl stencils are prefect for face painting and conform easily to the curves of the face. They are reusable, washable and offer a great addition to your face painting accessories. They can be purchased online at www.snazaroo.us ecommerce or through your local supplier. We continue to add to this collection so check back to see the latest designs. There are many kinds of stencils and most are not for face painting. Peel and stick stencils can be used only once and tend to be expensive. Stiff stencils can cause liability issues if they have sharp edges or areas that offer sharp points. You should avoid these. The special process of SNAZAROO face painting stencils can form to the curvature of the face or skin. They can be used thousands of times if cared for properly. The key to success is to sponge over the stencil on the skin. You will want your paint/sponge to be dryer than what you normally would use when painting. Do it properly and you can get a perfect image every-time. If the paint is bleeding under the stencil then you are applying to wet. If you are not getting good coverage then you need more paint & water. You will get it down to a science after several tries. When done simply use a baby wipe or wet washcloth to wipe down your stencil for later use. WE MAKE CUSTOM STENCILS AND STAMPS Custom stencils or stamps can be made for a setup fee of $30 (art work preparation fee for a custom stencil)

IF YOU ARE BUYING LESS THAN TEN STAMPS OR STENCILS THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE
PER STAMP OR STENCIL OF $10 EACH.
The lead time can vary from 24 hours to two weeks depending on our art department's schedule. We prefer you send your image in vector format that can be imported into Corel Draw. Your image will be converted into a format that will work with your image. With stencils... remember your submitted graphics need to be in a stencil format. For example if you were wishing to have a stencil of a checker board there must be ample run-over on the edges so that the checker board could stay in tact. You would not have true perfect squares for both sizes of the squares as you need room for the edges to stay intact. Most images need some tweaking in order for the image to be able to used for a stencil. Look at the skull stencil above in the 3.5 x 3.5 inch stencils. We were forced to make minor gaps in the skull and on the sides of the skull in order for it to be used as a reusable stencil. When in doubt seek direction from the earlier e-mail. You must pay for set up charges and the stamp up front. The purchaser is required to take ownership of any design. In other words, the purchaser must personally secure the rights to any stencil or stamp made and in writing state you are not requesting your purchase of a proprietary logo, trademark or the like. For volume purchases you can even have your company image or name burned to the surface of the stencil (like in the Silly Farm logo above) for no additional charge. Stencils can be made in flexible vinyl or mylar. Both can be used thousands of times. If you are buying in volume (over $500) we often will wave the set up charges. Also if you are open to share your design (and we like the design) we will also wave the set up charge. Stencils can be cut in and size.
