Face Painting Stamps and Stencils
The face painting stamps and stencils can be shipped internationally. As an example mailing 20 stamps to the United Kingdom the cost is only about $15US when sent in an international global envelope.
Simply ink a Burpo rubber stamp on a washable stamp pad
(available at SNAZAROO) and
apply picture outlines on a child's cheek. Then take your paintbrush and facepaint palette
and color the picture. No artistic skills required. Stamps have been designed especially
for face painting and are fast and easy to use, even by beginners. Designs are
ABOUT 2 inches square. Burpo's child-safe ink washes off with soap and water and is
child safe. Made in USA. The Burpo stamp pad is refillable.

3. Use your paints and fill in the outline
4. If you are painting a simple stamp like the baseball there is an even better
way. Simply paint on a round white dot on the face and then stamp the outline
over the white. You just painted the perfect baseball in less than thirty
seconds.

3) Purchase a grab bag of ten stamps for $ 60 ( or an equivalent of $ 6.00
each), we give you an assortment of ten different stamps. Sorry but on the grab
bags WE GET TO CHOOSE which stamps you receive. All stamps will be different but
we allow the discount to help us keep our inventories aligned.

Have a custom stamp made.
5) During peak seasons, if we have stocked out of a particular stamp in your set
we will substitute a similar stamp.
CUSTOM STAMPS MADE TO YOUR LINE DRAWING
ARE NOW AVAILABLE. These would be individually made to meet your special
requirements. You would have to make sure it is not a copyrighted image or
secure, in writing, the rights to make such a stamp. This applies to everything
from a university logo to a Disney character (as an example). We are very strict
about protecting copyrights. We require you to sign a legal release
stating you have secured the rights to the image AND you assume all liability
when we make the stamp on your behalf. The initial stamp is $45 as we have to make a mold and
produce the first stamp.
Duplications after that cost you $25 each. If you want more than ten of the same
stamp then the price will drop. Specific questions regarding custom
stamps should go to

or e-mail us the exact image you would like to be duplicated. It can take one to
three weeks to get a custom stamp made. You need to present your art in line
drawing format 2 pixels wide (.03 inches) (about the size of a felt tip pen or
#2 pencil). If we have to create your artwork
there are additional charges.

| The Burpo Ink face painting stamp pad is available in black for $ 6.00. This is safe for the skin but creates the PERFECT outline when used with the face painting stamps. You can buy a refill bottle of safe ink for $ 6.00. We do not recommend you use this pad with the Dotters. The ink can be removed with mild soap and water. Face Dotters
Face Dotters™ are the next step in very fast designs that can easily be stamped onto the face, arm or body. These rubber stamps are about three quarters of an inch in diameter as shown above. They come on the end of a painted wooden dowel for ease of use. The actual impression on the skin with be dependent on the particular color of face paint you use. To use the stamps you may paint the face paints onto the surface of the rubber stamp, you may apply the paint to a sponge and then stamp the rubber dotter on the sponge and then to the skin. In some cases, if your mixture is correct on the make-up cake you can put the stamp on the cake and then onto the skin. When the paint is applied properly to the rubber stamp you can get several impressions without recoating the rubber stamp with paint. This makes great simple designs literally at your finger tips. Anyone can do simple designs with these Face Dotters™. This also keeps the paint away from your fingers. The set of ten dotters sell for $ 35.00 or buy them individually for $ 10.00 each.
New for 2008, SNAZAROO USA Inc. sells a growing line of face painting stencils. These double-ply vinyl stencils are prefect for face painting and conform easily to the curves of the face. They are reusable, washable and offer a great addition to your face painting accessories. They can be purchased online at www.snazaroo.us ecommerce or through your local supplier. We continue to add to this collection so check back to see the latest designs. There are many kinds of stencils and most are not for face painting. Peel and stick stencils can be used only once and tend to be expensive. Stiff stencils can cause liability issues if they have sharp edges or areas that offer sharp points. You should avoid these. The special process of SNAZAROO face painting stencils can form to the curvature of the face or skin. They can be used thousands of times if cared for properly. The key to success is to sponge over the stencil on the skin. You will want your paint/sponge to be dryer than what you normally would use when painting. Do it properly and you can get a perfect image everytime. If the paint is bleeding under the stencil then you are applying to wet. If you are not getting good coverage then you need more paint & water. You will get it down to a science after several tries. When done simply use a baby wipe or wet washcloth to wipe down your stencil for later use. | Custom stencils can be made for $.30 per square inch for the first stencil. Duplicates of the same stencil can be made for half of that price. If you are interested send an e-mail WITH YOUR IMAGE in .jpg format to garycole@mindspring.com for initial review. You must send your stencil in a vector format that can be imported into Corel Draw version 4X. If we have to digitally edit your graphics there are additional charges. Remember your submitted graphics need to be in a stencil format. For example if you were wishing to have a stencil of a checker board there must be ample run-over on the edges so that the checker board could stay in tact. You would not have true perfect squares for both sizes of the squares as you need room for the edges to stay intact. Most images need some tweaking in order for the image to be able to used for a stencil. Look at the skull stencil above. We were forced to make minor gaps in the skull and on the sides of the skull in order for it to be used as a reusable stencil. When in doubt seek direction from the earlier e-mail. | ||||
