Green Marble barrier spray - FAQ

SNAZAROO in the United States, Canada and Mexico sells the "Green Marble" brand of barrier spray. This product works well with the SNAZAROO face painting products. Over the years we have researched the many barrier sprays on the market as well as we have tried to develop our own barrier spray. To date, this is the best product to be used in combination with the SNAZAROO line.
When you spray properly the barrier spray over the top of a correctly applied face paint, it will make your design smudge proof, sweat proof and water proof. You can even go swimming. The barrier spray comes in a one ounce and eight ounce pump spray bottle. When you apply the SNAZAROO make up you want to ensure you have a smooth base and clear lines. Do not overly apply the base make up or this will affect the results. MAKE SURE YOU SHAKE UP THE BARRIER SPRAY BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR COVERAGE. There is a green marble inside the bottle to help the mixing. Also, make sure the application of the face paint is dry before applying the barrier spray.
When you buy the barrier spray WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND you also purchase the spray remover. The barrier spray provides a very strong barrier that is difficult to remove with regular soap and water. You can remove it with some alcohol on a washcloth but we recommend the remover since it is more gentle. Alcohol can sting if it gets in the eyes.
We do not recommend you use this product on the faces of children. It is for professional use. The barrier spray has an alcohol base and if the child (or adult) opens their eyes it could sting. If you are doing pool parties and you are painting on the arm or leg then this is safe for children. Since the child will be removing this at a later time you might suggest they remove it with some alcohol on a wash cloth since most likely they would not have the remover. Do not spray the barrier spray in the eyes or over broken or irritated skin.
The Green Marble barrier spray works well with SNAZAROO face paints. Note: it does not work with all brands of face paints. Some brands have ingredients that make the barrier spray. If you are using another brand of face paints you need to check with that manufacturer on what they recommend.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: It is very important you follow the instructions if you want the proper results.
1) Paint the skin surface
you wish to paint in a cool environment.
2) With your face paints make sure you are putting on a thin coat of paint.
3) Allow the paint to completely dry.
4) THOROUGHLY SHAKE the bottle. The product is clear so it is hard to tell if it
is totally mixed. There is a green marble in the container to help the mixing.
Shake the bottle for at least four full minutes.
5) Spray multiple LIGHT COATS of the green marble and do not paint extremely
heavy coasts as this will make your painting smear or drip.
6) Allow the green marble to completely dry between coats.
