I wanted to note a few new products available here at SNAZAROO USA Inc. many of you know that in years past we carried a line of great colored hair spray products and our supplier went out of business. Well 18 months later we now have a new supplier. These hair sprays are not the low end sprays you can find elsewhere. These are great vivid colors that work even on black hair. The brand is Smart Beauty and there are 3.5 ounces in each can so they hold about one third more than our previous size can. This is an aerosol and they retail for $6.99. They spray comes in red, plum, blue, green, pink, black and white. We also carry the glitter spray in gold and silver. This is a great fun item that are great additions to outside festivals and school carnivals. You can order on line now at the USA flag at www.snazaroo.us Wholesalers get their normal discounts and distributors get a little more off. They should let us know if they are interested for their prices.

The hair sprays come in red, blue, green, plum, black, white and pink. We have gold and silver glitter sprays.

A common question asked is how many heads of hair can one paint with the can? There are many factors.

If you buy the cheap color spray you will get a hint of color even when you use half the can. You need to get a brand that has great coverage (like the brand we sell at SNAZAROO). Ask specifically..."can this be used on black hair effectively?".

Okay from there there are other issues.... No doubt if they have short blond hair you only need a burst from the can. If they have long black hair  that is curly they need ten times as much. Are you painting ALL the hair or just a streak or a few dots? Bottom line more surface, more hair color needed. Dark hair can take 2 or even 3 passes or bursts from the can.

If they are blond you can probably do 100 quick streaks in the hair. If they have black then one third of that. If you are doing full heads of hair then reduce that by 70 percent (average length).

No doubt these are theoretical yields. Actual use is determined by the person doing the spraying. If you know what you are doing you will use much less.

Today at SNAZAROO I took one of my workers with very curly dark brown hair I used red and gave him two quick passes with the can. It went red right away. I'll add that in a minute or two when it dried it was a much bolder red.

You can charge accordingly. At a festival we charged $6 for three quick stripes which is the same as what we charged for full face designs.

I hope that helps.
