| #1 With a sponge, a small amount of water and a little SNAZAROO paint the base. Start with bright pink in an ellipse diagonally on the face, then around that apply yellow and on the rest of the face apply turquoise. Remember to pat the sponge after application to make the color smooth and uniform. | #2 With royal blue and a medium round brush paint on the dolphin. With a little white add accents to the dolphin. Using the edge of a dry sponge blend the white into the dolphin to add shape. | #3 With grass green and a brush paint on the other side of the face the seaweed. Start out bold at the bottom and wind up at the top with a winding thin leaf. With pastel green add accent to the seaweed. Also add some seaweed to the dolphin side of the face. | #4 With a brush and red paint, add the school of fish and paint on the bright red lips. If you want you can vary this with fish of other colors or toss in any ocean item you wish. For example for a boy, you could swap out the dolphin for a shark or stingray. | #5 Add white highlights to fish, and add groups of air bubbles to the water. Apply the air bubbles with a fine brush . Sprinkle glitter gel, glitter powers, loose glitter over the center pink area for accent. Add a silver dot to the fish and back of the dolphin. |
