Minimum wholesale order is $250. You must have a reseller tax id number or be non-profit to buy wholesale. All items are subject to availability. On 18ml and 75ml colors if we are short on your color a VERY similar shade will be substituted. If you want no substitutions note this when you place your order. Normally we ship within the next 48 hours. Second day or overnight deliveries are to be at the expense of the customer. Call for a full packet of sales sheets.
