1)  I understand it is my responsibility as the submitter of this photo, that I as
the owner of the photo hold all legal rights to submit this photo for posting to the
SNAZAROO site. I personally accept any responsibility in regards to the posting of
this photo.
2)  If the photo is on an adult I have the permission to have this photo posted to
the SNAZAROO web site. If the photo is of a minor child, I have both the permission
of the child AND the adult guardian to post the photo to the SNAZAROO web site.
3)  If I am the artist, I give full rights to post this photo to SNAZAROO. If I am
not the artist, I have this formal permission from the artist.
4)  If I am the photographer, I give SNAZAROO the rights to use this photo. If I am
not the photographer, I have secured the rights to post this photo to the SNAZAROO
site by the photographer.
5)  I understand I am giving the rights to SNAZAROO to post this photo as a free
service and do not hold SNAZAROO responsible should someone illegally take the photo
from the SNAZAROO site and post it illegally elsewhere. It would be my
responsibility to challenge the take down of this photo on any other site.
6)  I understand the posting of this photo is a free service of SNAZAROO. If I later
decide to have the photo removed, for any reason, or if I decide to make ANY changes
to the text entered with this photo, I agree to pay a $5 administrative fee for each

Everyone that submits a photo for posting to the SNAZAROO
site agrees to the guideline as noted at http://www.snazaroo.us/faqphotos.htm.
They agree to abide by all copyright laws internationally and agree to not submit
any photo or text that would be in violation to these laws. The photo submitted,
remains the property of the submitter and the submitter assumes all legal
responsibilities in association with this photo. SNAZAROO posts these photos with
the understanding that you the submitter have dotted all of the "I's" and crossed
all of the "T's" in regard to legal permission for the posting of these photos. 


Note: SNAZAROO reserves the right to remove any photo for any reason with no
notification to the submitter of the photo. SNAZAROO reserves the right to
abbreviate, alter any text submitted in association with the submission of a photo.
We may substitute other descriptive names in the identifying of your photos. Photos,
once submitted, are to stay on the SNAZAROO site unless SNAZAROO later decides to
remove them.
You must use this on line-form to submit your digital photographs. No entries will
be accepted via e-mail. You can send photographs for scanning, with the required
submission information, to Gary Cole, SNAZAROO USA Inc., 1214 Metro Park Blvd.,
Suite 201, Lewisville, TX 75057 in the USA or Toni Scholes, 1 Marshall Road,
Woolston, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 4BS, England. Your photo will be scanned and
sent with the information enclosed. It will be returned if you enclose a stamped
self addressed envelope. If you do not send a self addressed stamped envelope your
photos will be discarded after they are scanned.
